We are looking for young people who are intellectually curious, and ready to be challenged. You do not need a specific academic background; we value potential and drive.

Eligibility

Currently enrolled at a university in Africa
Available to commit time to sessions and experiences throughout the year
Able to communicate in basic English

What to expect

Stage 1

Submit Application

The application form includes short written questions embedded alongside standard biographical information. The form is administered online.

02
Stage 2

Group Exercises

A live group assessment conducted over video call. Shortlisted candidates are given a business case in advance, given at least 48 hours to prepare, and then brought together in groups to discuss and work through the case live.

03
Stage 3

Individual Interview

An individual interview conducted with each candidate who advanced from Stage 2. It is the final stage before membership offer. Each interview runs for 35 to 45 minutes. Interviews are conducted over video call.
