For Universities
Bring professional-grade development infrastructure to your campus.
Institutional-grade
professional infrastructure.
Most universities do not have the internal infrastructure to build and run a professional consulting club to a high standard. The curriculum, facilitation, and quality assurance require sustained investment and expertise.
The Alexandria Initiative offers an alternative. Through a campus partnership, a university can offer its students a structured, professionally-grounded consulting membership without building the infrastructure itself.
The result is a professional club that reflects well on the university, develops students in ways that improve graduate outcomes, and connects the campus to a growing pan-African professional network.
The Partnership Ecosystem
What we bring to your campus
Structured Curriculum
Alexandria Initiative’s curriculum is built to the standard of leading university consulting programmes globally. Universities do not need to develop or maintain it.
Programme Management
Alexandria manages the delivery framework, member progression, and programme standards. Universities benefit from the outcomes without carrying the operational load.
Pan-African Network
Students become part of a network that spans multiple African countries and linguistic regions. That network is a tangible differentiator for student recruitment.
Employer Signal
Universities with Alexandria signal to employers that their students are developed to a professional standard, supporting graduate employment outcomes.
How a partnership works.
Alexandria works with universities through a structured partnership model. Partnerships are designed around the university's existing student community, academic calendar, and institutional context.
We work with interested universities to understand the campus environment, agree on student recruitment targets, and establish the operational framework. Once operational, Alexandria Initiative manages the programme and the university maintains the campus relationship.
Is this right for your institution?
An Alexandria Initiative campus partnership works best for universities that want to improve graduate professional outcomes and are open to working with an external partner to deliver structured professional development.
We are currently building partnerships in pilot countries first: Ghana, Rwanda, Mozambique, Benin Republic, and Nigeria.
